Kako dodati novi menu

ovako mene zanima kako dodati novu stavku u gnome menu. Znacin tamo di pise programi, mjesta i sustav ja bi zelio dodati favoriti

imam linux mint 8 i jednostavno nekada mi njihov menu se nece zatvoriti il zasteka...

tu bi trebalo biti za dodavanje novih menija i uređivanje postojećih..

(možda nije tim redoslijedom, tako je na Debianu... al ne bi trebalo biti previše drugačije)

ja to nemam pojma instalirati...nije mi jasno niti jednu tar.gz nisam do sada instalirao

odem otpakiram to (ne upisujem nsita u terminal vec ovako u grafickom sucelju) u moj home folder upisem cd ime aplikacija/ , onda upisem ./configure i izbaci mi

eh onda nasao sam na netu da to neide tako (kod te aplikacije)
napisem ja prema tome
